Sunny

Sunny is a young Lab-mix whose name truly reflects her spirit. She
is a joyful, affectionate, and people-oriented dog with a classic retriever
temperament and excellent home manners. Her coat is thick and soft, her
ears are those irresistible velvety Lab ears, and her long body and otter
tail complete her classic look.

Sunny has a solid foundation in basic obedience. She knows sit, down,
shake, stay, and she takes treats with exceptional gentleness. Her leash
skills are still developing (bit of zig zagging and pulling to meet other
pups) , but she responds well to guidance and is eager to learn. Sunny
enjoys car rides and being included in outings, though she may be slightly
antsy at first she responds positively from reassurance.

Sunny demonstrates excellent behavior in the home. She does not counter
surf, beg, or engage in destructive behaviors. She settles well indoors and
shows respect for household boundaries. Her calm, polite presence makes her
an easy dog to live with.

Sunny would make a wonderful companion for an adopter seeking a friendly,
engaging dog who thrives on human connection and daily activity.  Sunny
does chase cats so a home with no cats is a must.  She has been around
other dogs and recently had her own litter of pups so may do well with
another dog in the home.

Sunny is ready to bring warmth, joy, and companionship to a family who
will cherish her. She is a bright, loving dog who will reward her adopter
with loyalty, laughter, and endless sunshine.
