Lynx

Meet Lynx!  This handsome 11-month-old, 45-pound Lab mix is the
definition of a wonderful family companion. From a young age, Lynx has been
surrounded by love, living with four children ages 4–13 and enjoying
plenty of positive socialization with people, dogs, dog parks, daycare, and
friends’ pups. Lynx has also been around cats and does well with
them, especially if the cat is comfortable and accustomed to living with
dogs. He has shown little interest in chasing or bothering cats and is
generally content to coexist peacefully.

Lynx is a sweet, affectionate boy who absolutely loves his humans. He can
get excited and jump up to say hello, but he’s gentle, not
overwhelming, and responds well to correction. He takes treats politely,
loves to play, and is eager to learn. He has been working on commands
like sit, shake, stay, drop it, come, and place, and he’s showing great
potential. Lynx has great puppy manners. He is housebroken, uses a doggy
door, and doesn’t get into trouble or destroy things. When it’s
time to relax or when his family leaves the house, Lynx will settle into
his crate.

He’s an adventurous pup who loves exploring the
outdoors—whether it’s hiking, visiting rivers or lakes, or
enjoying a swim in the pool. When it’s time to wind down, Lynx has a
favorite stuffed animal that helps him relax and feel cozy.

Lynx has been given a wonderful foundation and is ready to find a family
who will continue guiding him, loving him, and enjoying all the fun and
