Meet Peaches (Ruby) & Rex – Your New Best Friends!
Are you ready to welcome not just one, but two sweet, loving pups into your life? Let us introduce you to Peaches (we call her Ruby) and Rex — an adorable bonded pair looking for their forever home.
These two were found wandering the streets near Cave Creek, without collars or microchips. Thankfully, a kind couple took them in and reached out to Desert Labrador Retriever Rescue (DLRR) for help. Since then, they’ve
been thriving in their foster home and are now ready to find a family of their own. Both Ruby and Rex are recently spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and fully house-trained.
They walk nicely on a leash, are well-behaved when left alone, and have a beautiful balance of calm cuddles and playful energy — especially when it’s time for tug-of-war!

Meet Ruby
She is estimated to be around 4 years old. She’s calm, affectionate, and an expert cuddler. This sweetheart will nudge you for more pets and gently paw your hand if you stop too soon. But don’t be fooled by her mellow
nature — she gets the zoomies when she’s outside and absolutely loves to play, especially when Rex is involved. Peaches(Ruby) also enjoys sunbathing, meeting other dogs, and occasionally chasing a ball (though she
hasn’t quite mastered bringing it back yet). When she’s excited, she hops with joy and shows off the cutest toothy grin!

Meet Rex
Rex is about 2 years old and totally devoted to Peaches. He’s also a snuggly guy, full of sweet kisses and silly antics that will make you smile daily. Rex is playful and full of puppy energy at times, but also knows how to
chill. He’s great at fetch, but his favorite game is running around with Peaches. He’s a fast eater and would benefit from a slow feeder bowl.
Rex would love a playful dog sibling if you already have one, as he enjoys high-energy playtime. He and Ruby currently live with three cats and do well with them. While they haven’t met any children yet, they’ve
been friendly with every person they’ve encountered — all tail wags and happy vibes.
They’re good car riders, have gone on hikes, and they’re handling new experiences like champs.
They’re curious, brave, and always up for an adventure — or a nap in the sun.
