Luna Luna is a 4-year-old, 60 pound black lab mix ready to be your loving and mellow companion! Luna was originally rescued by DLRR from a shelter in Santa Cruz and was recently returned to DLRR because of anxiety during storms, although her foster family has not seen any storm apprehension from her. Luna is housebroken, walks well on a leash (she prefers short walks!), gets along with other dogs, sleeps through the night on a dog bed (is an early riser), and doesn’t get on furniture, jump, bark or counter surf. Luna would fit best with a family who is home often (she doesn’t like being left alone) and ideally with another dog to keep her company. With her people home, Luna is calm, affectionate, easy-going, and gentle. Your company is what she loves best — she prefers that to toys, fetching, or playing with other dogs. Luna is a very sweet dog with low activity needs! Text her foster to meet her.
