Hi there! I’m Daytona, a 1.5-year-old purebred chocolate Labrador, and I’m on the lookout for my next big adventure—and maybe you’re the one I’ve been waiting for! At just 64 pounds, I’m on the petite side for a Lab, but I’ve got a heart that’s full-sized and ready to love.

My journey so far hasn’t been the smoothest—my last home brought me home as just a tiny puppy, but sadly, a loss in the family means I’m now starting over. I’m housebroken (go me!), still working on my leash manners, and learning to leave those last few puppy habits behind. What can I say? I’m still young, energetic, and curious about the world!

I’m incredibly smart and eager to please—training will come naturally to me when I have the right guidance and someone who’s dedicated to helping me thrive. I’d do wonderfully with a person who’s home a lot, or with a super active family that can keep up with my energy and help me grow into the best version of myself.

If you’ve got other dogs, awesome! But I’ll need a canine companion who can match my energy. I’m a very enthusiastic playmate with boundless energy, so my ideal dog sibling would be one who’s equally playful and won’t tire of my zest for life. Cats? That’s a mystery—I haven’t met any yet. And as for kids? Yes, please! I’d love a home where I can run, play, and soak up the fun. Just a heads-up: I’ve got that classic Lab bounce, so while I adore children, I might accidentally knock over the tiniest ones in my excitement.

I’m sweet, absolutely stunning (wait ’til you see my shiny chocolate coat!), and bursting with love to give. Whether it’s splashing in a pool, going for hikes, or just cuddling up after a long day, I’m ready to make memories with my forever family.
