Lucky

Meet Lucky, an 8-year-old, 80-pound male Labrador with a shiny black coat,
warm brown eyes, enormous paws, and the happiest Lab smile you’ve ever
seen!

Lucky may be 8, but he definitely hasn’t outgrown his goofy,
puppy-like Lab spirit. This affectionate, people-loving boy adores his humans
and wants to be part of whatever you’re doing. Whether he’s
following you around the house or relaxing on his favorite place, Lucky is
happiest when he’s near his people.

He’s housebroken, knows his basic commands, and is a smart,
treat-motivated boy who is eager to learn. He takes treats very gently and
loves going for walks and getting out to explore. His leash manners could use
a little polishing—he can get excited and pull when something catches
his attention—but with consistency, positive reinforcement, and his
favorite treats, Lucky should make great progress.

Lucky also has a big personality and a big Lab voice to match! He can be
wonderfully vocal when he gets excited, and he’s always enthusiastic
about toys, treats, adventures, and time with his people.

Lucky may be happiest as the only dog in his home, where he can soak up
all the attention and enjoy being his family’s one-and-only. His ideal
family will appreciate his zest for life, continue building on his training,
and enjoy having a loyal, affectionate companion by their side.

Lucky is ready for his next chapter—and he’s hoping it
includes a comfy bed, plenty of treats, some good walks, and people to love.
