Meet Ares – Our Birthday Boy in Training!

Ares is an 11-month-old black Labrador (turning ONE on September 12th! ) who’s as smart, silly, and spirited as they come. This high-drive boy loves nothing more than holding a ball in his mouth and running laps with it like a trophy. When he’s done zooming, he’s all about pets, cuddles, and soaking up your attention.

Ares is currently training with our friends at Connected Canine in North Phoenix, where he’s learning how to focus all that puppy energy into good manners, listening skills, and fun training games. He’s making amazing progress and is proving just how eager he is to learn.

He’s looking for an active, patient home that will keep his body and mind busy — think hikes, runs, fetch marathons, and plenty of playtime. In return, Ares will give you his whole heart (and probably bring you every ball he can find).
